Бука (Booka) is a children's fairytale poem written by Timofey Belozerov and illustrated by Lev Tokmakov, which was first published by the Central Ural Publishing House in the city of Sverdlovsk, Ural, in 1981. It was put to music and recorded as a folk project by Stepan Samokhin and Max Kirov in 1991. Here you can listen to the original recording followed by the parts revisited and rerecorded years later (2003–2007).
